Words fall short to describe the experience; it's something you have to feel for yourself. The Ayurvedic massage was yet another highlight—deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The swimming pool and the breathtaking views of the backwaters added to the magic, making it a perfect blend of luxury and nature. I’ve stayed in renowned 5-star chains like Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Marriott, but Backwater Ripples stands out with its soulful charm and unmatched service. It's a place with positive energy, fresh vibes, and stunning view. We booked a Premium Lake View Room and Family Duplex Suite. Family Duplex suite had ample space. A private ait out area. The top floor had its own toilet and shower, which was thoughtful and super handy, also its own sit out area, apart from the bed. Premium Lake View room had a stunning view from the room and balcony. A special shout out to the staff. Every member of staff was helpful and had a super pleasant personality. Hope they can keep this up. Wide variety of food options during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food tasted simply fab. Every dish was top-notch. We were travelling with kids, and their games room and bicycles were brilliant. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Perfect place for a getaway. Ordered 4 cakes for DD's birthday, and the cakes were so delicious. Thank you!

Check in was quick in spite of it being during rush hour. Fortunately, I got an upgrade and was given a cottage. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good enough. In the evening, complimentary tea and coffee along with snacks of the day were served. I would like to compliment the chef for making the food super tasty. Surrounding was so beautiful and gardens well maintained.There is an activity centre, library, gym,pool, cycling etc. Guests are given a free boat ride too. Thoroughly enjoyed. To sum it up it was Serene and Peaceful!!!🥰

Spa - treatments are fantastic and staff lovely Reception - all staff are kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble they go above and beyond throughout the hotel.
